Hi dearest reader.

Good Afternoon. I trust you are having a nice shiny day! Here in Bovindon it is sunshine and sunshine. I will start to tell you about yesterday evening and I must tell you, it was something very special last evening, let me begin. It started with that I went with Rod in the morning to his work in South Ruislip which is a suburb in west London. I had just seen the building he is working in once before just from the outside. So he have never taken me in there before. I meet some of his collegues. Just because it was a sunday, there was not all of them there. They where all very nice to me and brought in sandwiches for us all to share. Rod works in the car industry and he is financial senior manager for this car dealer ship group that sells VW's.

The day progressed well and five a clock we went of away from the building and I was left with a good understanding for his work, and some good memories. We headed of in to London from the west. It was a little bt rainy at the time, but that didn't bother us. We hadn't brought any umbrella but we knew that we easily could borrow one where we where heading for.

It was a bit tricky to find because we had just been there once before. We finally found it and it was a relief to once again be standing outside this beautiful and magnificent entrance of Charlotte Street Hotel at Charlotte Street. It is a beutiful, grand hotel with a feel of art and grace, it is a very arty district with a lot of media studios within everything from radio to television.

On that very same street you can find food and tastes from all over the world, of the few restaurants I saw there was food served with tastes from Italy, the Fillipines, Thailand, China, India and a bit of contemporary English cousine.

We entered Charlotte Street hotel for to start our evening in a relaxing environment and some nice food. We where directed to our table. The interior of there restaurant Oscar is superp. It is art meeting metropolitan city meeting picturesque Italian veranda. The walls are paintings, they are drawings right on the walls, and the windows are acctually big veranda doors painted in a mediterranean purple colour. It is grand! The waiter served us excellent food, for starters a salad with feta cheese for me and Stilton for Rod, as maincourse we had roasted lamb with fresh new potatoes served cold in a summery light cream sauce with taste of parsley and sweet summer, for dessert we had an egg custard tart served with a tasty berry sauce. Delicious!

After we went downstairs to the hotels very own screening room. We called them sunday morning and asked if they had any seats available for the evenings film, and even thoe it was with short notice, we got to perfect seats. It was the movie that made my evening. It was a emotional drama about a young boy experiencing the second world war in Poland for to later escape from there with a middleaged man to a greece island. He later got to Canada where he studied and worked as a teacher. It was very heavy at times and I must confess that I cired many times. It was one of theese movies that leave a remark in your soul. Thank You that came up with the idea of making the movie, "Fugitive Pieces".

The evening eneded in bed with a cup of tea and a piece of choclate...

Many Thanks

Hi dear Readers...

This blog have mostly Swedish readers that I already know. It is great with some Swedish readers that I know. I like you to read this, but I would also like some more international readers. So, if you have any suggestions how I can continue to develop my blog and how to reach a broader audience, could you plaease leave some comments on what I can do! I am right now sitting at a Volkswagen Car dealership in South Ruislip and writng on a computer in my partners office. I am here today for to experience his work, and for to see what he does. It is a quite interessting workplace with a lot going on, but it is nothing for me. I have heard that it is quite good weather in Sweden right now, they could send some over to us in the UK. I would love a summer swim in a lake nearby where I have grown up in Sweden. It was quite cold water last time and that was in the middle of July, I hope it has got warmer in the beginning of August when I am coming over next time...

Many Thanks

Many thoughts...

We live in a world buildt on thoughts...the humain mind can create the most wonderful things such as art, design, architecture, media, film, theatre, performing, paintings and lovely moments, but nothing of that can be created without engaging the soul in the creation. There most wonderful moments and things are created with the soul from within...many of us have experienced a moment of time when almost everything stops. You litsen and feel alive, just like you have felt this before and you remember...you remember that it is something more to life than just material things and problemes...we all need to follow that inner feeling for to create a new better world, a new heaven on earth. Without us connecting with the soul it all just continues to be harsh and unhappy...There is more to life than that. We can do so much if we only believe we can. Like when you see this picture...what do you see? Do you see just the airplane or do you see the acctual stillness?...It is taken in Scotland during last christmas which was one of my best christmases so far. I felt stillness and I hope you can to by seeing the things in life that makes you happy and that makes you realise what this is all about...this moment. Now! Let the sun shine on you today and all the days that will follow:)

To exist is to be aware of your world around you...

For to be able to live YOUR life and to LOVE what YOU are DOING, you need to follow your heart and litsen carefully and see the air from the soft wind and the warm sunshine and let it flow in to your HEART...everything is created from within, everything comes from the heart and your true self...that's the only place where everything REALLY GOOD comes from in to this world of ours. Love yourself and people will love you just as you LOVE others that LOVES themselves...it is only through deep love everything eminates...So start to litsen to your innerself, YOUR SOUL. The only true feelings that comes from within is deep LOVE, complete ACCEPTANCE, soft and still PEACE! So when you are feeling REALLY GOOD, these are the feelings and deep emotions you are experiencing...Like with ALL of US we want to find inner peace and harmony, and that will we all find eventually! Whe we seek within we blossom in both heart, soul and out to the WORLD!

Many Thanks for reading these words...

Here I am...

In Bovingdon all on my own...Yesterday was a good evening thoe...I loved it! I loved it! It was beautiful!....We went to Joe Allen in the fabulous world of theatre...Joe Allen which is a famous restaurant group that you can find in some of the most famous citys in the world, such as Paris, New York, London, Los Angeles and in Florida...all great places. I have been to the one in London, which is situated in the famous theatre land, that will say where you can find the most exciting and biggest shows of the World.

At Joe Allen, you can see some really famous people, such as actors, different types of performers, singers, dancers, brodacasters, tv-presentars, all sorts kind of people within showbiz. So it is fun to sit there and enjoy the atmosphere and to see all these people that you once or many times, have seen on the big screen or heard on radio etc.

The food was excellent as always! We ate there nice ceasar salad and finished it of with some tea and coffee. It was a splended evening with a lot of laughters and bits of fun. Actors are not only amousing and entertaining on stage, they are sometimes even funnier to watch in real life...I promise....

Many Thanks

Well Well....back in Bovingdon again...:)

Now I am back in Bovingdon again, and it feels alright, not as good as would have hoped to....but okay. Here everything is the same....it is no sun at the moment thoe, here it has been quite rainy acctually, a little bit chilly to I must say....Me and Rod is Together and it feels alright. Nothing big have happend more than that we went to the cinema last night for to see Harry Potter. The legendary Harry. He and film was great! I do not want to spoil anything for somebody that have not seen the film yet, but I can at least say that it was definitley worthed watching. It was fun, even hilarious at times and very beautiful. Magnficent screen captures, nice photography and excellent acting. Thanks to Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliff especially who are my favourites. We also went to Camden Town yesterday afternoon and soon after that ate at a beautiful country pub called The Orange Tree, which was a splended pub and restaurant in Totteridge nearby Hampstead and all that surrounding area. It felt great being in England again, eating that nice food, feel a little bit of luxury again, but most of all, it is nice again to be both free from my parents, but still even thoe what I just said, preciate the even more, because thrue distance I both find it easier to love them but also easier to deal with them when I am angry and dissapointed on them....you get it all I hope, enough from me...you have hopefully something better to do than just be sitting and reading my stupid words:).....Many Hugs and Kisses to all of you reading this! It has been a pleasure writing this anyway! See you another day!

Hi There again, it's been a while since

Hi, my dear readers.

I hope you all are keeping well and is enjoying the beautiful summer, the weather we have here is lovely as in Sweden where I have been told it it is very warm today. I have enjoyed my day, doing all sorts of little chores and stuff for to fill my day. I went to the local horticultural Flower Show here in Bovingdon where it is lovely at the moment. We haven't seen a spot of rain for days and it is just so beautiful in the countryside. It is magnificent and splended. No place on earth could be better then here, everyone is so friendly and gentle as many englishmen are in general. I can gladly pronounce that I have finally joined the local Horticultural society of Bovingdon. I have been waiting for this. I knew doors would open through this. I am also about to join the local Amature Theatre Group that they have here in Bovingdon. I will call them this coming week.

And by the way Sara was lovely to talk to and the yoga was fine.

Enjoy your day! Happy thoughts, with love from Patrick.

Something mysterious about the sky

The clouds are slowly approaching the English landscape every morning before noon and stays untill late evening for to ease of for to reveal the beautiful sunset. Here is all in blossom and full of natural grace. The countryside is still and tranquil. Every breath you take feels like fresh honey from a blossoming field nearby. The cows on the fields quietly getting on with what they do best, eating there grass and lying down having a nap, while the birds softly swirling around in the sky above. The big trees with there long leafy green branches that reaches out over tranquil country lanes and gives shadow to all the creatures around. The life here is like paradise on earth, the nature unfolds its beauty in every corner of the eye. What more can I say...

Today I am up for doing something really fun, and guess what? I have my first yoga class tonight in the village hall. It will be nice to need to go in to London every monday afternoon as I have done the last five weeks for to attend my courses at College of Psychic Studies in South Kensington. It is far to much hazle to every week go in to London for to just attend a course when I can do so many lovely things here around where we live in tranquil Bovingdon.

Yesterday we went to a beatuiful oldfashioned town called Chipping Campden in Cotswold, Glouctershire. There we found a beautiful petite little furnishing, gardening shop. It was beautiful small frogs in iron, and wonderful parasolls looking like they where from the 18th century. Everything was lovely about this village, they had small beautiful gardens that where open for the public to visit. Everyone seemed to love and nurture there gardens there, I must visit that old town again for another splended afternoon tea with all the beautiful cakes we ate that made my tummy make me feel like a stuffed chicken. Everything was splended.....
Tomorrow I tell you about my first conversation I have had with an old friend I have'nt spoken to for two years, and also about my first yoga session, do not miss that out....Many kisses Patrick from England Hertfordshire

Hi my dear readers!

I am sorry to not have written for the last couple of days. I am now back as usual and you can continue to read what is happening on the blog every day. I have during the last few days decided to finish my last year in High School. I will start in the middle of Augsust in SP3D. It will be fun to be back in school but I will miss home soo much where my dearest hubby will be. I hope he will be able ot find out something to do while I am in Sweden, I do not want him to sitting here feeling lonely.

Today I have been out and about. I went to our local town Hemel Hempstead for to drop of some dry cleaning and for to meet Fay. Fay is my new acting coach, I had never met her before and I must say I did not know what to expect, but it all turned out nicely. I will meet her next week for my first lesson, we decided to work on my voice and breathing for to exercise the throat muscles. It is important to do it right from the beginning.

After the meeting we Fay I continued out in the countryside, we have a forest nearby where we live that is called Tring Park which is a Park built by the famous family Roothschild. I tried to hug as many trees as I could without feeling embaressed, it is good for you if you want to find inner peace.

This Day have been pleasent as I have also talked to an old friend which I was glad to be reunited with once again. I have missed you Sara.

Take Care Everyone!

Now I am supposed to be packing...

I will now finally start packing after a lazy day inside. The Pollen is harsch on me today. I spoke to a old friend today that I have not spoken to for over three years, sad but true as I usually say. He and I have not been speaking to each other since the year we turned 16 and now we are soon both nineteen. This is crazy, people do not value there relations enough. I have thought about this, is it true that people are friends sometimes just because they have to, because there are no other options, I mean especially when you are young and in school, sometimes there was just nobody you wanted to be with, but you could not just be you, thats the rule in school. There is not enough room for you lonely guys out there, you need to be with somebody, but who, you can not really just pick one. Life is supposed to be valued and shared with friends, but sometimes there is just not enough friends out there.

Promise me this Love Yourself before you try to love others. There is no such as shared love without self love. Not in this world or any other world. Give it a try, you wont regret it, I know it is hard, but we all get there eventually, do you not think?

Comment on this please, I want your views.
Thank You for today.
Kisses

It was not untill this day for one year ago I understood that my whole life would turn around and become magic as we all want. I wish for you all to have nice weekend because I will not see you again until monday again. Many Thanks
